Come and get involved, have some fun and look after your mental health

Self-advocates have the opportunity to participate in a new series of fun, interactive and creative workshops, aimed at supporting people with a learning disability to look after their mental health through the 5 ways to wellbeing.

Workshops include singing, dance, cookery, card making, Zen doodle, pet care, local history, local walks, looking after our health and more….

Our team at Warrington Speak, in partnership with self-advocates will be running all the sessions and providing resource and materials to participants.

The sessions run from May to September and will be combination of ‘in person’ and virtual.
