Women’s Supper Club – 17th May

Join us on Wednesday 17th May at 6.30pm for our Women’s Supper Club. Connecting with others is one of the 5 ways to wellbeing, and social relationships are really important for our mental wellbeing. Part of the of the evening will be a talk from a local Mental Health Nurse who will be giving some information on some self-help strategies including mindfulness, breathing exercises and how to improve sleep.
