Pause – new opening times

Please note the change of times for PAUSE community mental health listening space. We are open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am – 3pm for drop ins. Pre-booked appointments can be made on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9.30am – 11am and 3pm – 4.30pm.

Women’s Supper Club – 17th May
11th May 2023
Join us on Wednesday 17th May at 6.30pm for our Women’s Supper Club. Connecting with others is one of the 5 ways to wellbeing, and social relationships are really important for our mental wellbeing. Part of the of the evening will be a talk from a local Mental Health Nurse who will be giving some information on some self-help strategies including mindfulness, breathing exercises and how to improve sleep.

On Tuesday 16th May we will be in the Old Fish Market, Golden Square from 11am – 3pm.
