Pre-booked appointments available from Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9.30am – 11am and 3pm -4.30pm

PAUSE… a safe community space where people can talk openly about their mental health free from stigma or judgement.

PAUSE… enabling conversation through listening, helping people to access support and information and exploring effective ways of improving wellbeing.

PAUSE… a place to learn how to identify, understand and help someone who is struggling with their mental health.

PAUSE… promoting awareness of suicide prevention in order to save lives.
